Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods (such as new drops), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays & Issues
Soulwork is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
